Ample Parking Space

I had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites in Huntsville! The hotel was new, exceptionally clean, and the staff absolutely made the experience memorable. While the breakfast was decent, I did notice a bit of noise from the streetside rooms, so I'd recommend requesting a quieter room if you're a light sleeper. Overall, great value for the price and would definitely return.

Our room was immaculate and very clean, although there was a peculiar odor that turned out to be from the Paul Mitchell lemon sage lotion they provide. It was spacious enough for me and my kids on the pullout couch.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the courteous and professional staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also great, just a short drive from downtown with plenty of nearby dining options. On a downside, there were some issues with service that left me feeling frustrated, especially regarding my reservation. Overall, it's a decent place for comfort and value, but there are some management concerns that need addressing.

My experience at Springhill Suites was quite unfortunate due to an unpleasant encounter with the manager. The hotel itself has some positive aspects, such as cleanliness and professional staff, but the negative encounter overshadowed my stay. I had to deal with unexpected charges and a lack of understanding regarding my needs with my service animal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for pet owners, but I found a much better experience at another hotel the next day.
